Professional Conduct: Avoid harassment, racism, or profanity. Violations may result in being banned from the platform. Treat clients and their spaces with respect. Refrain from consuming food, drinks, or substances during services. Report any concerns or issues to FullFace™.
Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe environment for services. makeup Artists should ensure they are following the appropriate state and local sanitation laws at every service.
Prohibit guests or extra persons during services. Prioritize your safety. You have the right to decline any service that makes you feel unsafe. FullFace™ empowers you to report and block users.
All payments for FullFace™ services must be made exclusively through the app. Makeup artists and clients are prohibited from requesting or accepting payments from Third Party apps or cash outside the platform.
Adult Users Only: FullFace™ is exclusively for users who are 21 years or older. Guests and additional persons are not permitted during the service.
1 Makeup Artists can onboard as an individual (freelancer) or as a Business. This includes Beauty Salons, Makeup Agencies, and Cosmetology Schools that offer on location services.
2 As part of the onboarding process, Makeup Artists are required to go through a Background Check through ChoiceScreening. One time fee of $45 will be applied.
3 FullFace requires all Makeup Artists to be at least 21 years old. Individuals under the age of 21 are not eligible to list their services or join the platform.
4 Agree to Platform-wide Community and Platform guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
5 For tax purposes, incorporated Makeup Artists are encouraged to provide their Employer Identification Number (EIN) and business bank account information.
6 Reliable transportation is essential for completing your services. Public transportation or ride-sharing services can be utilized in major cities.
7 Create a portfolio of your best makeup work to impress clients. Plagiarism of other Artists’ work is not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
8 All Makeup Artists should come prepared with all essential tools and products to perform their listed services. This includes a chair, makeup products, brushes, sponges, cleaning supplies, and sanitized items.
9 Discounted Insurance, Full Career Coverage: FullFace provides affordable insurance for Makeup Artists, valid beyond our platform. We’re dedicated to your success, wherever you work.
