Adult Users Only: FullFace™ is exclusively for users who are 21 years or older. Guests and additional persons are not permitted during the service.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

App-Only Payments: All payments and deposits must be made through our app. Cash payments are not accepted. FullFace™ will never ask you to send or accept money outside of the platform.

Safety First: Prioritize safety when booking makeup artists. Treat artists and their tools with respect. Report any concerns and keep all communication within the FullFace™ platform.

Prohibited Conduct: Avoid consuming food, drinks, or substances during the service. Do not smoke, drink, or use illegal substances before or during the appointment. Harassment, racism, and profanity are not tolerated. Reported violations may lead to being banned from FullFace™.
